Amanda Kernahan
Meet your host, Amanda. She is the founder of RememberGrams and has a passion for talking about Grief in all of its forms, from the nitty-gritty details of the darkness that grief can bring us as well as the unexpected bits of beauty we find as a result. Amanda lost her Mom suddenly to a heart attack when she was 26, and 8 years later, she lost her youngest brother to an overdose; he was 23.
She found herself on this trail of self-exploration after these losses. It led to the creation of her small business, where she creates personalized sympathy cards, as well as the writing of an upcoming memoir and the creation of this podcast. The stories of our lives are winding and complex; join Amanda as she explores the many Grief Trails her guests have walked and learn where those trails have led.
